I Dr. Vaibhav Bhandari would like to sincerely thank Dr. Pushpinder Bajaj Sir and Dr. Lalit Maini Sir along with whole ISKSAA team for providing me the opportunity to pursue ISKSAA BLK MAX FELLOWSHIP in Lower limb Arthroplasty and Arthroscopy under mentorship of Dr. Bhushan Nariani Sir.

I am extremely delighted to share my life changing experience of learning the art of Arthroplasty from Dr. Bhushan Nariani Sir, one of the best arthroplasty surgeons in India. His dedication to patient care from counselling to surgery till post operative care was unparalleled and have learned a lot from him.

I was fortunate enough to assist him in multiple cases of arthroplasty. He is a very passionate teacher and was completely involved in my overall development from learning the basics of arthroplasty surgery as well as the ability to manage complex cases.

I got to witness a huge volume of Total knee arthroplasty cases along with Total hip arthroplasty and knee arthroscopy surgeries.I was also lucky enough to encounter a lot of complex revision total knee arthroplasty cases during my tenure.I was lucky enough to get a chance to observe and learn from the masters- Dr Bhushan Nariani Sir, Dr Shivam Tiwari Sir and Dr Suryakant Singh Sir. They patiently answered all my doubts and also brought to my attention to the various intricate yet integral steps of surgery, previously ignored or overlooked. I also saw varieties of robotic assisted total knee replacements.

I got to assist multiple interesting cases, and also observe the smooth running of the operation theatre.

I cannot thank enough Dr Shivam Tiwari Sir who taught me all the tricks for managing the final outcome.

I am extremely thankful to Dr. Bhushan Nariani sir and the whole team for making my experience extremely enriching and memorable.The almost fatherly care provided by Dr. Bhushan Nariani sir during my fellowship cannot be acknowledged just in a few words.
