It gives me immense pleasure to thank Dr. PUSHPINDER BAJAJ sir for giving me this opportunity to learn and improve my skills under Dr. MANIT ARORA sir through the ISKSAA Mohali Fortis travelling fellowship.

I am blessed and honored to have gotten this opportunity to work with Dr. MANIT ARORA sir. I thank him wholeheartedly for the great experience during my stay in Mohali Fortis hospital as a fellow.

On my first day I was shaken by the amount of patients waiting at OPD for appointments. During my fellowship I could witness about 52 surgeries in a span of 15 days and it was an eye treat to watch sir operate.Most importantly Dr. Manit Arora discussed all the cases with fellows, before surgery, after surgery and also he explained almost all the steps he did. The working atmosphere is so great that I fell in love with the way it was functioning. And Dr. Manit Arora sir answered all the doubts I had and the discussion was surrounded by evidence based medicine.

I could witness a vast surgeries in the field of shoulder and knee arthroscopy and reverse shoulder arthroplasty surgeries
This included, ACL AND PCL REPAIR, ACL AND PCL RECONSTRUCTION, MULTI LIGAMENTS RECON, MENISCAL BALANCING , MENISCAL REPAIR, REVISION ACL RECON, ALL RECONSTRUCTION, LET, MCL REPAIR AND INTERNAL BRACE, MECHANICAL AUGMENTATION
OATS, BANKARTS WITH HILL SACH, MUMFORDS, SUPRA SCAPULAR NERVE BLOCK, SLAP, LATERJET WITH ICBG, RC REPAIR, BANKARTS REPAIR,PATELLA TENDON TEARS, REVERSE SHOULDER ARTHROPLASTY

Apart from orthopaedics,I did have some great discussions about the food, places to travel, career guidance. He is such an amazing person and a surgeon who creates a positive aura around him and such an energetic man. I can’t get enough of working with Manit sir.

I would highly recommend all the young surgeons who would want to learn and operate well in field of arthroscopy and sports medicine to visit Dr. Manit Arora. He is the surgeon of great caliber and an awesome human being.

I sincerely thank ISKSAA team for motivating me to set my goals higher and become a better surgeon and for giving this opportunity to work under Dr. Manit Arora sir.
