Respected Sir,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Pushpinder Bajaj and Dr. Lalit Maini for selecting me for the ISKSAA JRC Australia Travelling fellowship. My fellowship was scheduled from 4 November to 30 November 2024. I arrived a day prior and was picked up by Mr Nick, who arranged accommodation and showed me around. I am thankful to Ms Sarah Sain, who made sure the training program roster was ready even before my arrival.

During my fellowship, I visited Ashford Hospital, Calvary Central Districts Hospital, Memorial Hospital, Royal Adelaide Hospital, and Flinders Hospital. I am deeply thankful to Prof Jegan Krishnan, Dr Sunil Reddy, Dr Bobby Pandit, Dr Aman Sood, Dr Boopalan, Dr Mario Penta and Dr Bhavin Jadav. During my fellowship, I was able to observe and scrub in Direct anterior hip replacement, Total knee replacement with patient-specific instrumentation, Reverse shoulder arthroplasty, navigated knee replacement, shoulder and knee arthroscopy, revision hip and knee replacements, pelvic fractures and robotic knee replacement. I was able to clear my doubts from any of the consultants at any point of the time during the procedure. I would like to thank the anaesthetists and theatre staff for helping me during the entire period of fellowship.
