Warm greetings. I am writing this mail to submit my "ISKSAA DELHI TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP 2025"completion report that I have completed from 21/07/25 to 03/08/25.

I am pleased to submit this report marking the successful completion of my ISKSAA DELHI TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP 2025. During the course of the program, I had the opportunity to visit multiple centres in Delhi and interact with senior orthopaedic surgeons. There was extensive hands-on experience in both primary and revision joint replacement surgeries, including total knee and hip arthroplasties. During the fellowship, I had the opportunity to assist in Robotic knee replacement surgeries and had the exposure to almost all types of robots from different manufacturers that helped me in learning about the intricacies of operative planning for robotic surgeries and improved surgical outcomes with the use of technology.

Also, I assisted in numerous shoulder and knee procedures such as ACL reconstruction, meniscal repairs, bankart repair and rotator cuff repairs. I was lucky to witness wrist and ankle arthroscopy and revision ACL surgeries by the expert surgeons at SIC, Safdarjung Hospital, which is a centre of excellence for learning all about arthroscopy. The fellowship included case discussions, from clinical examination, pre-operative planning to post operative rehab for the best patient outcomes, which enriched my knowledge and evidence-based decision-making.

All the consultants were very humble and keen to share their surgical experience, guiding the younger surgeons to hone their skills. Also I am very much thankful to Dr. Lalit Maini, who did immense efforts to find the centre with the variety of surgical cases on a daily basis for the best possible learning. This fellowship gives you a great opportunity to experience a wide variety of orthopaedic procedures and to learn and I am grateful to ISKSAA, Dr. PS Bajaj and Dr. Lalit Maini for giving me the opportunity.
