I am pleased to share my experience of participating in the ISKSAA Traveling Fellowship conducted at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mohali, from 1st June to 15th June 2026, under the mentorship of Dr. Jatinder Kumar Singla Sir and Dr. Sandeep Gupta Sir.

The fellowship provided an excellent opportunity to observe and learn contemporary concepts and techniques in joint replacement surgery. Throughout the program, I was actively involved in academic discussions, preoperative planning sessions, operative demonstrations, and postoperative patient management. The exposure to advanced arthroplasty procedures, particularly unicompartmental and total knee replacement surgeries, significantly broadened my clinical perspective and surgical understanding.

The structured teaching approach, combined with the mentors’ willingness to share their expertise and practical insights, created an outstanding learning environment. The experience has strengthened my foundation in arthroplasty and will undoubtedly contribute to my future development as an orthopaedic surgeon.

I extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Jatinder Kumar Singla Sir, Dr. Sandeep Gupta Sir, Dr.Pushpinder Bajaj Sir and ISKSAA for providing this valuable educational opportunity. It was an enriching and memorable experience that I shall always cherish.
