First of all, at the outset, I would like to congratulate the entire team of ISKSAA for conducting such a good scientific conference and also for giving scope for junior orthopaedic surgeons to explore and to acquire knowledge in the field of Arthroscopy, Arthroplasty and Sports Medicine from various stalwarts and the legends in the above-mentioned speciality.
I am very much thankful to ISKSAA for selecting me for ISKSAA Israel fellowship for shoulder arthroscopy and replacement, 2019.

Indeed I am very much thankful to the entire team of ISKSAA for giving me this wonderful opportunity to visit the Shoulder Unit, Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical center, Israel. In my short stay of two weeks in Israel, I was able to observe many shoulder arthroscopy as well as arthroplasty procedures. I was lucky enough to observe the "Balloon in space" procedure for irreparable rotator cuff tears which has been pioneered and propagated widely by Israel shoulder surgeons. All together I was able to observe 4-5 shoulder arthroplasty cases and more than 12 shoulder arthroscopic procedures. Indeed it was very helpful for me to learn different techniques and treatment protocols. I also attended the outpatient clinic with Dr. Mamman.
Dr. EranMamman and his whole team arranged the fellowship program very well and made us very comfortable. Lastly, Israel as a country is beautiful and Israeli people are very warm and welcoming. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
