Myself Dr Parthasarathi Das coups like to thank Dr Sanjeev Anand sir & Dr Pushpinder Singh Bajaj sir from core of my heart for giving me an opportunity to finish ISKSAA -BOA 2024 fellowship.

At first we reached ( me and my friend dr Nagaraj) at Birmingham to attend BOA Annual conference 2024 on September 15^th. Our registration was complimentary due to the effort put by Sanjeev Anand sir. At BOA Conference we interacted with many surgeons across different parts of world. There were some really good lectures about recent advances and management in all sub speciality of orthopaedic. The trade exhibition were also very informative. I did robotic Tkr in saw bone model.

After attending conference we came to Leeds. We were posted at Chapel Allarton hospital ( st James university) for 2 weeks. Dr Sanjeev Anand sir was our mentor. He is very helpful and cooperative person. At the very first day he introduced us to all the consultants of orthopaedic department of Chapel Allarton Hospital.. I used last 2 weeks of my life maximum.

I learned many new things starting from hip arthroscopy, artholaterjet, revision hip and knee replacement, foot and ankle surgery and many more. I liked the way Sanjeev sir did Acl surgery. It was unique as both grafts are live with insertion site intact. All the consultants at the hospital were cooperative and helpful.

At last I would like to say, My orthopedic fellowship at Chapel Allerton Hospital under Dr. Sanjeev Anand was a pivotal experience in my professional development. The combination of rigorous clinical training, and collaborative practice has equipped me with the skills necessary for a successful career in orthopedics. I am deeply grateful for the mentorship and support received throughout this fellowship, which has profoundly influenced my approach to patient care.
