ISKSAA ABERDEEN UK TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP 2026
I would like to sincerely thank Dr.Pushpinder Bajaj, Dr. Lalit Maini and the entire fellowship team of ISKSAA for providing me an excellent opportunity of this fellowship and great learning experience under Dr Pascal Gleyze, past president of ESSKA, as part of ISKSAA France Travelling Fellowship 2026.
I attended his office at Colmar, France and operating theatres at Hospital Prive de la Miotte, Belfort, France.
I am enriched with his tips on clinical examination, patient counselling and care, post operative rehabilitation etc. At theatre, got to see him operate for primary and revision Arthroscopic Rotator cuff repair, Subacromial decompression, Acromioplasty, Bankart and SLAP repair, Knee meniscus balancing, shoulder arthroplasty etc.
I was able to clear my doubts with Dr Gleyze at any point of the time during the procedure. I would like to thank the anaesthetists and theatre staff for helping me during the entire period of fellowship.
This knowledge will definitely helpful in my clinical practice for benefit of my patients and society as a whole.
