ISKSAA MUMBAI TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP 2024
Respected Sir,
I wish to extend my sincere thanks to ISKSAA for granting me the opportunity to participate in the ISKSAA Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty Travelling Fellowship in Mumbai, under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Sanjay Desai.
Working with Dr. Desai was an exceptional experience. My initial concerns about traveling to Mumbai were quickly alleviated upon meeting Dr. Sanjay Desai and his team. Despite his demanding schedule, Dr. Desai took the time to discuss my objectives for the program and what to anticipate over the next 14 days.
The fellowship allowed me to observe approximately 30 surgeries, including Rotator Cuff Repair, Bankart Repair, Reverse Shoulder Replacement, ACL Reconstruction, and Proximal Humerus Fracture Fixation. Dr. Desai was always patient in addressing my queries, demonstrating a deep commitment to teaching and patient care.
I highly recommend this fellowship to surgeons seeking expertise in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty, particularly under the mentorship of Dr. Sanjay Desai, whose dedication and insight are truly inspiring.
