It gives me immense pleasure to share my experience regarding the ISKSAA Arthroplasty Fellowship 2026 at BLK Max, New Delhi under the mentorship of Dr Bhushan Nariani

During my tenure, I had the unique opportunity to immerse myself in an advanced clinical environment. Dr Bhushan Nariani and his team are exceptional teachers and a great listeners. Dr Bhushan's ability to break down complex surgical steps and his ever ready to reply attitude to our queries is truly remarkable. Here at BLK Max we get exposed to plenty of cases at high load which is crucial for fellowship training. We also get plenty of trauma and sports injury cases along with revision arthroplasties. We get exposed to different working environments at BLK Max and Dwarka Max which is crucial for an overall development including management and patient handling in broader areas.

Key highlights of my Fellowship included:

• Surgical Exposure: Assisting and observing advanced Arthroplasty techniques, tricks and shortcomings in complex cases.
• Clinical Acumen: Gaining insights into patient selection, preoperative planning, and evidence- based post-operative protocols.
• Rehabilitation: Interacting with the dedicated Physiotherapy team at BLK MAX, which provided a holistic understanding of recovery and rehabilitation.

Dr Bhushan Nariani commitment to patient care have significantly boosted my confidence. I am also grateful to the entire team for their constant support and for making this a career-defining experience. I will be forever grateful to Dr Bhushan Nariani , Dr Deepak Raina & Dr Shivam Tiwari to be a part of his team during this period of my ISKSAA DELHI FELLOWSHIP 2026.
