I am really grateful to ISKSAA for the wonderful opportunity to do short term visiting fellowship under Dr Rajesh Nanda sir.
Learned the ease of shoulder and elbow trauma .Learned Reverse shoulder replacement through deltoid splitting approach which now i feel the way of doing RSA.
Arthroscopic cuff repairs in simplest way . Open latarjet procedure in different way and a lot more . Also the way the NHS works and the protocols followed ,Strict adherent to evidence in each and every step.
Dr Rajesh Nanda sir is really remarkable in guidance right from our start of journey in india , constantly enquiring about our travel , helped in accommodation . He made us feel comfortable in his working premises ,OT with clear schedule of his operative cases . I recommend ISKSAA fellowship under Dr Rajesh Nanda sir for wonderful experience and learning .I once again thank ISKSAA for the fellowship .
