I am really grateful to ISKSAA for the wonderful opportunity to do a short term visiting fellowship at University hospital north tees under Dr Rajesh Nanda sir.
I would like to thank Dr pushpinder bajaj and Dr Lalit Maini for giving me this opportunity and guiding me throughout the whole process.

Me and my colleague Dr Fiske learned the ease of shoulder and elbow trauma. Learned Reverse shoulder replacement through deltoid splitting approach which now I feel the way of doing RSA and proximal humerus fractures.

Arthroscopic bankart and cuff repairs in the simplest way. Also the way the NHS works and the protocols followed ,Strict adherence to evidence in each and every step.
We got the opportunity to witness all the approaches to shoulder by the best people.
We also met Dr Liow who was best in the surgeries which he performed.

Dr Rajesh Nanda sir is really remarkable in guidance right from our start of journey in India , constantly enquiring about our travel , and helped in accommodation. He made us feel comfortable in his working premises ,OT with a clear schedule of his operative cases. He was such a gentleman throughout the journey and taught us the key points and steps of every surgery and entertained all our questions and doubts. I feel so lucky to have got the opportunity for such a wonderful life time experience.
