I had the privilege of completing a two-week Fellowship in Advanced and Revision Arthroplasty at Grantham District Hospital, Lincolnshire, under the guidance of Dr. Rohit Rambani.
The fellowship provided an excellent opportunity to enhance my understanding of complex primary and revision joint replacement surgeries. Working closely with Dr. Rambani and his dedicated team was an enriching experience — his meticulous surgical techniques, patient-centered approach, and commitment to clinical excellence were truly inspiring.
The exposure to advanced arthroplasty planning, intraoperative decision-making, and post-operative management has significantly broadened my perspective and refined my surgical skills. The hands-on experience, combined with valuable clinical discussions, has been immensely beneficial for my professional growth.
I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Rambani and the entire orthopaedic team at Grantham District Hospital for their warmth, guidance, and support throughout the fellowship. This experience will undoubtedly help me deliver better outcomes for my patients back home.
