It was a great honour and privilege to undertake a Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty at Grantham and District Hospital, Lincolnshire, UK, under the mentorship of Dr. Rohit Rambani.

The fellowship was an outstanding educational experience that provided invaluable exposure to contemporary orthopaedic practice within the NHS. I had the opportunity to observe a broad spectrum of arthroscopic and arthroplasty procedures, gaining insight into advanced surgical techniques, meticulous pre-operative planning, evidence-based decision-making, and comprehensive post-operative rehabilitation. The emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centred care further enriched my learning experience.
