Thank you Dr. Pushpinder Bajaj sir for giving me the opportunity to learn and improve my skills under Dr. Bhushan Naraini sir through the ISKSAA DELHI BLK MAX Fellowship.

I am blessed and honored to have gotten this opportunity to work with Dr. Bhushan Naraini sir. I thank him wholeheartedly for the great experience during my stay in BLK MAX hospital as a fellow.

My fellowship started on 1st July 2024 and concluded on 14th July 2024.Though it was a very short period of 14 days, but I have witnessed a huge number of operative procedures in this period.I have witnessed around 52 surgeries which included Total knee Replacement, Revision Total Knee Replacement, Total Hip Replacement, Robotic Total knee Replacement. I got the chance to scrub in all the cases and learnt the fine details of the surgeries. I would also like to thank Dr Shivam Tiwari sir, Dr Bipin Solanki Sir , Dr Suryakant Singh sir for the excellent academic and surgical feast.

Other than this , I learnt some great tips in patient care, counselling and consent taking which is also the important aspect to be learnt by a surgeon.

I would highly recommend all the young surgeons who want to learn Basic & Advance Arthroplasty to do fellowship under Dr Bhushan Naraini sir at BLK MAX Hospital.

I sincerely thank ISKSAA team for motivating me to set my goals higher and become a better surgeon and for giving this opportunity to work under Dr Bhushan Naraini Sir.
