It gives me immense pleasure to thank Dr. PUSHPINDER BAJAJ for giving me this opportunity to learn and improve my skills under Dr. JATINDER KUMAR SINGLA through the ISKSAA Mohali MAX travelling fellowship.

I am honored to say thank you to Dr JATINDER sir for the great experience in his team from 10th to 26th march 2023. During this course i got the opportunity to see total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, stage one total hip replacement, stage two total knee replacement, arthroscopy reconstruction and couple of trauma cases too and I was lucky to assist in all case. Dr Jatinder Singla would discuss each and every OPD cases, he would explain in detail about the plan of surgery. During OT he would explain in detail and teach me the important steps, gave me tips and solution for some complicated steps during surgery from his early days of experience. He showed me path of being good surgeon and better person, I also thank Dr Singla team and MAX Hospital for helping me during this course in each and every step.

I sincerely thank ISKSAA team for motivating me to set my goals higher and become a better surgeon . I request ISKSAA to keep giving me this opportunities in future to build my career and achieve success.
