ISKSAA ABERDEEN TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP 2017
I would like to thank the esteemed selecting members of Isksaa 2017 for giving me a opportunity by selecting me for isksaa Aberdeen travelling fellowship 2017. It was a great experience to train with Dr. Kapil Kumar. I would like to thank Dr. Kapil Kumar for being such a nice host in Aberdeen. It was great experience to learn new and advance skills in field of shoulder surgeries at the Woodend Hospital.
I observed many simple to complex shoulder surgeries like primary shoulder replacement, reverse shoulder arthroplasty, complex revision shoulder replacement, bankarts repair, rotator cuff repair, biceps tendon avulsion and post traumatic total elbow replacement. I must thank Dr. Kapil Kumar to invite me to attend Aberdeen shoulder meet, which was very informative.
Overall my fellowship period was very helpful for me as it helped me to learn and gather new skills in field of shoulder surgeries.
