ISKSAA MOHALI FORTIS 2024 TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP

First of all I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for Dr. Manit Arora Sir & Dr. Pushpinder Bajaj Sir for providing me this opportunity for learning.My fellowship tenure was from 24th July to 6th August.Dr. Manit Arora discussed all the cases with fellows and explained in detail regarding different management options and protcols.
I was able to witness more than 40 surgeries during this tenure including ACL repair/reconstruction,PCL reconstruction, Meniscus repair, RC repair, Reverse shoulder replacement, Mumford procedure and many more. Sir always explained all of the steps during the surgery as well as after the surgery as there was a detailed discussion about it.

I also learnt a lot about post op management and rehabilitation of the patients. Apart from this we did have some great discussions about the food, places to travel, career guidance. He is such a humble person and a great surgeon. I would also like to thank each member of the team Dr Jay Shah, Jazz kaur, Sapna Dubey for their help and guidance.

I would sincerely like to thank ISKSAA team for providing me this wonderful learning opportunity.This fellowship has given me immense confidence and exposure in the field of arthroscopy.
