ISKSAA GANGA TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP 2020
Respected sir,
I, Dr. M. Rohith Reddy, am very Thankful to Dr. Pushpinder Singh sir and Dr. lalit Maini sir for selecting me for ISKSAA Ganga Travelling Fellowship. I Attended the Travelling Fellowship Programme for a duration of 4 weeks from 27th Sept 2021 to 23rd Oct 2021 under the Mentorship of Dr. Sundararajan SR sir.
I worked in Dr. Sundararajan sir's Unit - Which is mainly Arthroscopy. During my 4 week Period i Got to observe about 25 shoulder arthroscopy cases (Rotator cuff Repair, Bankart's with Hill sach's Repair, Sub acromial decompression, Capsular Releases), Good Number of primary Knee ACL Reconstructions, PCL reconstructions, Meniscus Repairs (ALL inside, outside in and inside out techniques), Multiligamentous knee Reconstructions - Laprade's procedure, MCL augmentation, MCL repair's, HTO with ACL reconstructions I also had the oppurtunity to witness quite a few Primary Knee Arthroplasty cases, TTC fusion with Hind foot nails, Ankle Fusions which are done regularly in Dr Sundar's unit.
Dr. Sundararajan sir is very passionate, a welcoming human being and a very good teacher.
It was a very good Experience working at GANGA hospital and was overwhelmed seeing the case load which is there at Ganga Hospital.
Finally I would like to extend My Sincere and Heartfelt Gratitude to ISKSAA and TEAM, Dr Rajashekaran sir, Dr Sundararajan sir and his team.
