First I must congratulate you on the success of the conference. The organisation was flawless and the content of the talks and discussions was very educational. From a personal point of view not only I learnt a lot, but the opportunity to meet a number of people from round the world was valuable.
I can appreciate the amount of hard work that you put in to present an excellent conference. What I have realised is that I need to be a bit more active to support the journal and academic activity and promise to submit a few papers in the next year.
I have mixed feelings about the move to come to Leeds, but can assure you of full support and will contact Sanjeev to see what duties he wants to assign me.
