Respected Sir,
I Dr. AnkitBhartia would like to thank you and ISKSAA for providing me the opportunity to have an insight into one of the biggest dilemma of orthopaedics i.e. Shoulder. The whole purpose of my visit was to know how to approach a shoulder problem, and seeing the master dealing with all complicated shoulder problem everyday was of immense help in improving my knowledge. Seeing the Master operate is priceless and getting exposed to variety of cases in just 15 days was of great help in improving our techniques of operation not just of shoulder but knee as well.
The only Drawback I felt was the duration of fellowship, I personally feel the duration should be at least 1 month.
Finally I would like to thank Dr. Sanjay Desai for making the environment extremely friendly for us and helping us at every step in Mumbai.
