Hotel Terms & Conditions

Hotel rooms are secured by Meetings And More at a special conference tariff for the participants to ISKSAA 2016 .
Conference special rates are valid for rooms blocked within 19 – 23 Nov 2016 and booked through the ISKSAA website.

Airport transfers are NOT included and have to be booked seperately.

ISKSAA is hosting a welcome dinner on 20th November for which booking has to be made seperately and is NOT included in the room tariff.

All unreserved rooms will be released by the hotel on 15th November 2016 and any request thereafter is subject to availability and at the then prevailing rate of the hotel.

It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that passports, travel documents and visas are valid for travel.

We suggest that overseas delegates should be covered by Travel, Medical, Accident and other types of insurance. These cannot be obtained in India.

CHECKIN / CHECKOUT :

• Any additional beds requested to be paid directly to the hotel
• Personal expenses such as Internet, telephone calls, food & beverage bills, room service and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.
• The official Check in time is 14.00 hrs and Check out time 12:00 hrs. Any early checkin or late checkout will be subject to availability and organisers will not be in a position to guarantee early checkin. Delegates who are expected to arrive early may book room from previous night to guarantee early checkin.
• You are requested to carry a photo id proof required by the hotel at the time of checkin
• You will be asked for credit card details / refundable deposit at time of checkin for extra charges if any.

Early Arrival and Extension of stay

Requests for early arrival (i.e before 19 Nov 2016) or extension of stay (i.e post 23 Nov 2016) is subject to availability. Booking for the dates outside the secured room block dates, i.e. 19 – 23 Nov 2016, may be charged at the then prevailing rates for those dates.

Reservation & Payment Process

Kindly fill up the hotel accomodation / transfers form with BLOCK LETTERS or by TYPING and either save as PDF and email to us at isksaapresident@gmail.com or print out and send by post / hand. The filled form needs to be sent with a scanned copy of the identification page of the passport and the front and the reverse side of your credit card.

Room bookings are guaranteed upto 15th November 2016 and any request thereafter is subject to availability and at the then prevailing rate of the hotel.

1. Cash Payment: You may pay cash along with the form at the Isksaa Secretariat.
2. Cheque/Draft: Cheque/Draft must be in the name of "isksaa2016" payable at New Delhi.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All requests for cancellations against Accomodation / Airport transfers have to be made in writing and will be processed after the Conference & paid by cheque only.

Deduction of charges

• Cancellation Upto 30th April 2016: 25% of accommodation fees / Airport transfers will be deducted.
• Cancellation Upto 30th June 2016: 50% of accommodation fees / Airport transfers will be deducted.
• Cancellation Upto 30th September 2016: 75% of accommodation fees / Airport transfers will be deducted.
• No Refunds will be entertained after 1st October 2016.
