My sincere thanks to whole ISKSAA team mainly Dr. Jegan Krishnan ,Dr. Pushpinder Bajaj,Dr. Lalit Maini, , Dr. IPS Oberoi, for providing me the opportunity to undertake the ISKSAA-IMRI fellowship 2015at Flinders Medical center in Adelaide, Australia. Because of ISKSAA I could fulfil my dream of international fellowship.

I along with my co fellows Dr Abhishek, Dr Nataraj started fellowship in the month of August. 5 days Prior to the starting of fellowship myself and Dr Nataraj landed in Australia. From Sydney we visited Newcastle, Brisbane, and Gold coast. Then we were joined by ourco fellow Dr Abhishek, We all together had trip of Sydney. Then we reached Adelaide. We were greatly received by CEO Mr. Nicholas Kerrison. We were given very well furnished house At Belair. The house was a beauty with all the necessary comodidities. We were given very well planned detailed plan of our fellowship programme including travel details. We were very well guided by Mr. Daniel Cullen. He guided us throughout our fellowship. We were posted in Repatriation General Hospital, Flinder's Private Hospital, Flinder's Memorial Hospital and Ashford Hospital in rotation basis.

Professor Jegan sir had arranged us a welcome Dinner. We had chance to ineract with him and other doctors and southern orthopaedic staff. We were posted with many surgeons like Dr. Jegan Krishnan,Dr. Marc Inglis, Dr. Mario Penta, Dr. Chris Wilson, Dr. Matt Liptak, Dr. David Worsley, Dr. Meng Ling, and Dr. Jason Ward, we could easily discuss with all above surgeons. We learnt many surgical tips from all surgeons.

Professor Jegan sir,oh no words to tell about sir. He is more than a father and such a good human being and very hard working surgeon. He took so much care of us. We owe him so much. In hospital we learnt to how to work, how to plan surgeries. How to treat co-workers. He had planned so many things for us. He took us for Adelaide oval match, got us souvenaires. Whole thing was one of the most memorable days in fellowship. He even had made arrangements to attend state level orthopaedic conference in Barosa valley. This was such a beautiful and most learning experience. We are really lucky in life to have got chance to work with such great surgeon and human being.

Every week on Fridays we had scientific session at southern orthopaedics. We were involved actively in systematic review. This was great learning process for us. We were helped by Miss Annika theodolu in the process.
Weekends were lot of fun with co fellows. We explored so much, lot of trekking, expeditions, shopping, travelling. Best part was cooking with fellows. Never missed homefood. Thanks for fully furnished home and Dr Nataraj and Dr Abhishek. We had a good trip to all major places in Australia. Melbourne trip was so much fun.

We witnessed lot many surgeries from total knee replacements, total hip arthroplasty, Direct anterior approach to hip, hip arthroscopies, shoulder arthroscopies, reverse shoulder arthroscopies, knee arthroscopy surgeries. Totally it was a academic feast for 4 weeks.
We miss a lot all those days. It was so much fun and learning. Lucky enough to have got selected for fellowship and successfully completing the fellowship. I once again sincerely thank entire ISKSAA team, Dr.Pushpinder Bajaj, Dr. Lalit Maini, Dr. IPS Oberoi.
